I have (4) tractor supply Rouen ducks (purchased as ducklings). They are approximately 19 weeks old. They all look identical in plumage. None have the green head or silver belly/chest. None have the white neck collar. They all quack the same. I just witnessed one mount another in their pool and I had to intervene before either drowned. Could it still be too early for any potential male to change plumage? Last picture was when I brought them home, just under 1 week old.

I'm not an expert, but they all look female to me.
Sometimes female ducks just mount each other as a dominance thing, which I think is likely what's happening here, especially if they all look and sound female.
They're very pretty!
Thank you! I definitely don't mind having a male, as I'd like to try and hatch eggs in the future, but I'm obviously a newbie! I was just as confused with my chickens too, as some developed male characteristics late.
