Roundworms

You can worm them as early as 5-6 months. I usually wait til around 8-10 months. It depends on you environment and soil too. Most wormers have a 14 day egg withdrawal. It's recommended to worm them twice...then you're looking at a minimum of 24 days egg withdrawal if the second worming is done on the tenth day after the initial worming.

Thank you. I love my chickens and I'm having fun learning. By the way, on this site on upper right of one page, welcome page maybe, there is a white chicken with black and white neck. What kind is it?

Alls we do here is throw the garlic and cayanne pepper to their food. Also ve add organic apple cider vinager to their water for a week. Works all the time

Whole garlic and crushed red pepper flakes is what you use and get equine apple cider vinegar and put that in their water, it does wonders and it's all natural so no throwing away eggs.

Good preventatives, but wont treat an infestation.

They are still young. Is it ok to start them on garlic and red pepper flakes now? Is there a difference between Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar and equine apple cider vinegar? I put a.c. vinegar in their water when they were a few weeks old but stopped. Should I do that every day?

Can anyone answer this (below) I would be interested in what the answers were as I would like to avoid medicines at all cost and am very interested in preventative actions that are organic, hoping to keep my girls organic!

Thanks!
