Thank you so much! Hopefully I didn't wait too long.Great job on the poop pics. I don't get a sense he has an infection, but parasites, worms or coccidia could be a possibility. You can safely treat for both at once. If you have Corid on hand get him started on it right away. You may do the drench dose (undiluted Corid) in addition to the Corid solution .3ml to .5ml according to how large he is. Give this once a day for three days along with five days of Corid, then do another five day round in a week. Be sure to do a second round of worming in two weeks.
Give his facial feathers a good trimming so he can see better.-Seems like he is constantly at the feeder
Seems to be working already.
Yes, it was worse. I trimmed his face about a week ago. I told you he was a fuzzy little monster.
Can you help me with this. I'm not understanding how to mix this for Rufus. I got Corid 9.6 Oral Solution (the liquid bottle not the powder) and 3ml (cc) Syringes.Great job on the poop pics. Ok, so is "drench" just straight undiluted from the bottle? In the syringe, right into his mouth? You can give 10 ml (2 tsp) of Corid in each gallon of water for 5-7 days. To give a drench, in addition, give 0.1 ml just under (1/4 tsp) per pound of weight once a day.
