Guess they are still a bit shaken up. How old did you say they were?

Congratulations!Hoping for some advice! I got my first ducks about 3 weeks ago, 3 adult female runners and 3 ducklings! We weren't sure what breed the ducklings were at first but it's pretty clear now that they are all runners or runner hybrids. Anyway, when we got the ducks, one of them was already laying. For the first few days we still got eggs from her, and their previous owner said that the other 2 should start laying any time, however, they haven't yet and we have only gotten a total of about 4 eggs in the past 3 weeks! I am a little bit dismayed since this was the whole reason my family agreed to get them Any tips on how to get them to start laying? I have been feeding them crumbles and they also free range in our yard so I think they are getting plenty of food. They are very skittish around us still because I think the move was very traumatic for them. Also, any ideas on how to get them more comfortable around me? I am the only one who feeds them but they are still pretty terrified of me! Help! Thanks
Here are the 3 "Mommas" as we call them in a kennel after first coming home. Now they have a great big enclosure. You can sort of see the "babies" in the background. They are much bigger now!
