I only have (had

So its looking like all of his adult feathers are coming in white. Everyone else is getting their fawn coloring besides him

I wonder if he'll be a little bluish?

On the right is my blue runner (Mystique) as a baby.
That picture looks almost like the form of a runner and the color of a Welsh Harlequin.
(Below is Rhiannon's baby picture).

Anyway I am sure it will grow into a beautiful duck!

Im new to this site and have ? About my runner duck hoping someone can help. I recently let my 3 month old runners out in yard with older ones. Last night I noticed one was limping badly. I brought it in with the other baby's so it wasn't stressed out. I let them out this morning it was worse. The duck seems to have problem with foot or ankle for it walks in what I consider its forearm. I brought it into the house and put in a smaller kennel so it wasn't trying to run around. Cuz it's really bad. Does anyone have advice? Should I keep in cage for while?. Try splinting it some how? Water therapy. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

@sassy09

Somehow she was injured. You are doing well so far, in a smaller kennel, keeping her quieter. I would get her into a lukewarm tub of water, let her float in that as long as you can - watch for the first ten minutes very closely, make sure she is safe in the water - then just check up on her (if you do leave her, make sure there is nothing she can eat near the edge of the tub or where she could reach it if she hops out). Floating takes the weight off, and lukewarm water helps circulation.

It may need a splint - and Epsom salt compresses (E.s. is a laxative, don't just put it in water she can drink) will be good regardless of what caused it.

You need to assess the damage - is there a break, a severely damaged joint, etc.

In a perfect world, we could get a good duck vet to look at it. So if you can get a vet's help, that would be best. Meanwhile, and in any case, let's see if you can figure out more details of the injury.

I like to put a small dab of T-Relief on sprains and pulls.

Thank you for your advice. If I do need to splint it do you have any suggestions. I called all vets close this morning none will do anything with ducks. They gave me a number for a bird rescue center I called they said they would return my call when they weren't busy. What is t-relief and where can I get it? How long should I let it be in tub? And any suggestions on splint how to make it. And when I should consider putting it on?
