I think I remember @New duck mommy 2021 said she used colloidal silver for ducks? I am trying to decide how much to give to Poppy, Ive been taking some myself because I felt a sore throat coming on a few days ago, and decided to give a little to Poppy last night and again this morning but I only put a few drops in her nares and in her bill . I am also still misting with the Oxine AH.
She is again/still coughing and it sounds so sad its a raspy breathy kind of cough , not so much squeak anymore. she is the only duck doing it out of 12. one other duck squeaked for about i day and then stopped. poor baby Poppy shes not even a year old yet and she is my favorite <3 God please help Poppy

Yes she has but I don't remember how much she used either. If you have a nebulizer you could try that according to how shagbark bantams used it with his duck.

I give 0.5 up to 1 ml twice a day
My dasher is 4.5 pounds

You could place her in a small crate cover with a towel so this nebulizer hit her in the face since this one looks like it is hand-held. That is the way I would use it. You can nebulizer silver too I believe @New duck mommy 2021 have you used silver to nebulize?

I use it in my nebulizer for myself
1tbs up to 3 times a day
I haven’t done it with my ducks but I can’t see it hurting
I do both nebulizer and take oral 3 times a day for me
Dasher I was doing morning and night so only twice daily
Plus spraying it directly on her vent area

we got 5 inches of snow this morning and then some freezing rain so my nebulizer is delayed . Tonight the temps are dropping and so I just brought Poppy inside (with a friend duck, my oldest khaki who is molting now!! brrr) to the other side of goose room where its about 40 degrees in there or so (insulated garage with a few small windows) so I can take better care of her tomorrow , Im still using a mist spray until the nebulizer comes. There are a couple of crates in there that will be perfect for neb time

You got more snow we only got a couple of inches and tomorrow should be fun walking I need to bring out my ice cleats. But the temps are horrid 5 in the morning.

I sure hope the nebulizer works and gets Poppy over this
Good idea to bring in the one molting too what is with them molting so late. i had late molters too. Crazy.
