i know everyone is extra busy due to the storms and snow and freezing temps . i sure am . so i searched BYC and google, and YouTube and came up with Tylan 200 can be given orally 2 times a day @.25 ml for every 3 pounds of ​

The Tylan 200 dose is 0.05 ml per pound of body bodyweight 3-4 times a day.
The Tylan 50 dose is 0.2 ml per pound of bodyweight 3-4 times a day.

thanks so much for your reply. I actually just gave her a dose an hour ago that was .29 ML because she weighs 3.5 pounds. ( going by the .08 per pound)
so that was probably a little more than she needed but i think she’ll be fine and i’ll go down to the .05 per pound starting next dose, thanks!! she says 3 OR 4 times a day so i’m guessing it doesn’t matter if it’s a little off

Just do the best you can. When I'm dosing something 4 times a day I do one early in the morning, and the last after dark when they've gone to roost, as late as I can reasonably get out there (easier in the summer), divide the other 2 evenly as you can in between. Depending on what I'm treating for, and with what, sometimes I just do three.

i have done 4 does Tylan so far and still nebulizer with Oxine AH
she seems pretty much the same maybe tomorrow I’ll see improvement
i’m thinking to switch to colloidal silver in the nebulizer, since I’ve done the oxine AH for a couple of weeks. I can’t find any information on Google about nebulizing the silver i don’t know if do you water it down or use it in the nebulizer, full strength? we have store bought colloidal silver and my husband made some too

I have never nebulized with it, just used it orally or topically, so I'm not really informed on that. I found this article on it, might be helpful. It also lists medications that should not be used at the same time as nebulizing colloidal silver. From what I can tell, it's used straight, not watered down, in the nebulizer. And it looks like a 5 minute session up to 3 times a day.

here’s Poppy today. now i’m thinking i start valbazen in case this is gapeworms.
she is on her third day of Tylan 200 antibiotic and she’s done two weeks of oxine ah .
Is it safe to continue the antibiotic and give her dewormer valbazen at the same time?
