Hi everyone....I assisted a duckling to hatch about 9 hrs ago and the duckling has a bent neck.....any ideas please?

I cannot help on this, but if you could post pictures of the duckling, it would greatly help those who can.

I wish you the best.

Congrats on your hatch! Is the little ducklings next getting better? TSC has liquid b complex use it by dribbling along the bill and vitamin E prick the gel tab and drip a few drops just into tip of bill https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/niacin-deficiency-in-waterfowl.1367557/. This will give you the kind of b complex you want.
It just hatched yesterday, as far as I know it's still messed up. Do think the parents had a deficiency that would have caused it? OP is in the UK, I'm not usre what they have in the way of feed stores there. He'll get better, right?

I believe their going to have to find some vit E and selenium if it’s wet neck. A could of the pics didn’t look to crooked so I was hoping there was improvement. Human vitamins can work also if the they get b complex and crush and vitaminE at a pharmacy.
