Stupid,stupid foxes.Recently bought and hatched severl chicks for my mother hen,Little bit a bantam to raise.She “was” a great mother until this morning.She was taking care of her babies and chattering to me as usually.All I did was leave to get a some cereal.Heard my ducks and roosters raising crap,as well as my dog,and went out to the yard to fine mothe hens feathers everywhere.Obviously she gave her life for her babies.They were all together accept for two or three,all remain healthy and alive,but looking for mama.Even though these are not humans,it’s still sad for anything to lose it’s mother.Defiantly will be catching it hopefully and not have this problem.We stopped having this problem and now I know for a fact it’s gonna stir up again.
Ugh
 
Yes most definitely will be getting fence,but first am getting another puppy who will be trained escpecially for this reason,I’m pretty for sure mom ran in different directions of her babies to save them,I’m not their super soft kind but this is really sad.
