Anna watched them quietly, waiting. She glanced around again and noticed there were two other sages in the trees to the side of the road. She leaned forward a little so they could see the rope around her wrists.


Vera nodded silently and raised her bow. She aimed for Anna's bounds and let the arrow fly, hitting the rope and breaking it. She smiled and set another arrow, training it on the human. "Let them go, Now." She said, projecting her voice to an empty area of the forest right beside the man.

Hasis nodded and rose to his original length. He rubbed his red imprinted crevice where the binds where. He walked over and helped the pestering human with the tree.

Tod wasn't the brightest man around, but knew how to control situations. He solemnly aided Hasis to the leverage of the tree base. Within a few minutes of Vera's planning, the tree was shifted away from their path. He smirked as he heeded to Vera's words. "My woman...you sure have fire in you, but you ought to be cautious." He rose off the ground, glaring at Vera. "Someone may get hurt." He directed his nine mag to Hasis's head.
