But the Cowboys have been to and won Superbowls.

Today we went to Lansing to have lunch at a Mexican restaurant and visit a used bookstore. Sadly, the lunch was not as good as we had last summer, and last summer was not as good as we'd remembered from before. Hubby asked for a hotter hot sauce than they brought with the chips... nope, that was all they had. It was pretty mild. Really, that's the hottest ya got??

We probably won't go back there. It was a favorite when we went to Lansing. We'll try somewhere new, next time.

Neither of us found the books we were hoping to find, but we both found something.

Ho-hum Superbowl. With ho-hum ads, mostly. We muted the TV for the half time show.

I really thought it would be a better game. I was hoping that KC would be the first team to win three in a row, but nope. It's fine by me that Philly won.

I went to bed before KC scored. Yeah, that boring.

Most people don't realize that bees need to drink water. They will visit puddles, bird baths, dripping faucets.

The need shallow water or something safe to stand on while they drink. I've found drowned bees in buckets of rainwater. I've put out shallow pans of water for them, with stones for them to stand on.

I've seen bees and wasps drinking from my ponds. They land on the lily pads and sip water droplets on the tops.
