Salmon Faverolle slow feathering and growth

Yes, even if there were no problems it is a good idea to do that with Faverolles they will get starved out rather than fight in for food.
I’m worried the others are pushing him away from the food because he didn’t seem to have a full crop, and when I put wet soft pellets to make sure everyone is eating them he started eating out of the normal feeder. He was fine yesterday though.

If you can keep them bacl for a bit that would give him a better chance at a quicker recovery :)
Also, I just checked the calendar, and my mom is working from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm tomorrow ( I’m only 13 ) so we wouldn’t be able to get anything untill around 2:30

He "saying that loosely, might be female hatchery birds can be tricky"
Anyway, the eyes look odd the way they are set isn't normal
I wonder if the vision is pretty bad, or maybe a little learning disability is going on.
Ya that’s not good, my poor little Sugar. I have a picture of his eye actually it’s hard to see but it’s closer to the eye

He has a bit of a gap between his upper and lower mandible. I don't think that's his problem though. Definitely keep him and the runt inside longer. Can you set up a separate brooder for him and the runt now? That way he can get more food and won't be bullied. Watery poops like his are usually because they're not eating, or drinking excessively.

Yes, I will do that when I’m done watching the puppy, gotta find something for them though.

Aww, little cutie.
Im thinking he has some genetic hiccups, hopefully none severe enough to hinder him too bad.
His eyes are off a bit and seeing a head on of him he's got a wee bit of a parrot beak.
You'll have to baby him when it comes to food for certain.
His breed, poor eyesight, and a slightly odd beak are a sure recipe he'll go hungry more than you'd like.
Poor guy, they are such sweet birds.
