I have written all those places down, Thanks!! Ah yes the easter goat! Never had one myself but would love to try some. Forgive me as I am so full of questions. Is the Italian language a lot like french. I am learning french but would love to learn Italian as well!

italians and frenchs are like two fighting cousins, the one thinks to be better than the other, i think they talks whit a boiled potato in the mouth. I've got to take a lot of bling bling from the frenchies, so, I cant be so gentle with them. what's the race of fowl in your photo?, looks like a Moroseta (silkie), but, seems to be bigger

That big guy is a Silkie rooster. He is my absolute favorite chicken and is the father/grandfather of almost all my chickens! I am thinking about changing my photo soon, but we shall see! I will have to learn some Italian then. Maybe you can even teach me a few phrases that we could use back and forth! Only if it is not to much trouble!
