I'd love to go organic, but it's too costly. Perhaps we could form a co-op and somehow make it affordable?

Edited: Just read the last few pages of this thread...ahhh, it was already suggested!! Good!

I have not look at the label so I am not sure if it is organic but I just got something call the Mecicali Mix from Ace Hi, it has many different kinds of grain in it and it has 15% protein.

I frontline my birds every 2 months and give ivormecton d wormer ever 2 months as well!! frontline off lable is safe for birds, IE toucans, parrots, CHICKENS even seramas. i put one drop on each of my birds. Keeps any bugs away.

Tigerlilly I have not checked my eggs laitly, but i had 4 good ones that i could tell in the beginning, then i just go for the ride!! I will let you know what happens.

I have not been active on the board due to my old doggie getting abducted by a pack of coyotes, she is ok but these vet hospitals are $$$

BTW i sold off the majority of my seramas yesterday!!! I am getting a trio from FLORIDA, special serama color called cocopop!!! I still have my 10 babies, 16 more in the bater, And a few super secret keepers at my home!! These little birds are setting me back wayyyyyy to much!! My fiance reminded me they are .69 $ at stater bros at the moment.

Cara I know what you mean about the cost but remind your fiance that eggs may be .69$ but not pretty little birds. Waaaaaaa I am glad that I did not bring a serama home with me. I have a pair of Showgirls and they are just enough fun pets for me. They were not expensive and do not eat much. But that trio of cocopops coming though the mail must have sent you back almost one months food bill for just the humans in your home.

Sorry to hear that your dog got attacked by a coyote.

That new website is very very nice. Congratulations to everyone who helped.

You guys are so talented in putting something like this together. Myself I am just happy if I can turn on a computer and get the basics to work.
