hey all,
my son and daughter will be bringing their 4-h birds for sale.
we picked up several different breeds for them to choose from and they picked their favorite and these are the extras.roos just started crowing 2 weeks ago

son has pair of gold seabrights(roo/pullet)
daughter has pair of silver seabrights(roo/pullet)

thay kept the moderns and dutch.
son is willing to trade for serama pullet

I removed the nest box, and the unhatched eggs. Missy almost seemed relieved, like she could relax while there were eggs to sit on. The babies seem to be enjoying the extra room to roam, too.

I candled (flashlighted?LOL) the unhatched eggs. One was clear, and one I couldn't see through at all. It looked black. If there was something alive in there, I figured I should have seen movement, right? There was nothing.

I will be at the lake tomorrow. Not sure how long I can stay as my older son had his wisdom teeth out this morning, and he is quite uncomfortable. Poor baby.

OK, they ended up having some kind of issue at one of my workplaces, so I won't be working tomorrow afterall. I plan to be at the meetup, but I may be riding my bike. However, I do have a padded bike bag, so if anyone has a few extra duck eggs for eating, I may want to buy some. Hopefully, my plans won't change between now and the meetup.

Thank you Desirae and Allison for stopping by to help/ pick up orders... sorry I missed you guys, I had to run an errand before I went to pick up the feed and ended up stuck in traffic.

Anywho, I made it there just a bit late, but we have everything now, so if anyone wants to stop by tonight to get their feed they can, otherwise I'll see ya'll tomorrow morning at 11 o'clock!
