I think it should be ok. There really are not that many areas in San Diego County that allow more than 25 chickens that are not way out in the sticks. People with serious chicken addictions need to know about places where they can legally indulge in their habit. A neighbor told me that many years ago there was an egg ranch in the area which is probably why the zoning allows for more poultry.

Well, maybe if it had a sweet chicken run in the back. That's always one of my criteria
The only plus I see for that property is a large lot and quick freeway access. But how much would you need to put into it to make it habitable? Yikes! I'd pass too until they drop the price.

Ugh. It reminds me of how the neighbor's backyard used to be. It used to be overrun with weeds and trash. Everything was overgrow, once he sold the property, the newbies had various cleanup crews in the area clearing away everything. (And a building crew, making a skate ramp.)

Is everyone maxed out on chickens right now? I have a few girls that I'm thinking of selling. They are being extra mean to a particular 2 month old pullet. They just came into lay so I'm reluctant to process them.
