My duck ignorance is showing... what's the breed difference between the cute yellow babies and the sweet black baby? They are so cute; I can't stand it!
 
These are all a breed called Silver Appleyard, they normally hatch yellow with black points, but can also hatch all yellow or black with yellow spots.

They are a large (10 pound) dual purpose duck.

Yay! for more new duckies!

Everyone, if you are awed by these baby ducky pictures and just have to have some, I still have ducklings available. They are off the light and almost ready for outside. Hatched on Easter day! You know you want some...lol
 
update:
yesterday i got what i believe to be a fairly rare chicken. although they are bantams theyre still beautiful
theyre called porcelaine d'uccles i got a rooster and 2 hens.

i will post pics up as soon as i get a chance.. OH did i forget to mention that the rooster won best of show at the del mar fair ? :D
