Sapphire Gem sexing

About 3-4 weeks ago I picked up a sapphire gem chick from the TSC pullet bin. This little fella has a pretty big comb for a pullet, and I'm starting to get worried that TSC gave me a cockerel instead of a pullet. This chick has also been pretty feisty by attacking my fingers whenever I visit them in the brooder haha

I believe that male sapphire gems are barred.... that this mix is sex linked.

SGs are sex links.
There shouldn't be a mix up but then again you're talking about TSC.

The chick doesn’t look to be barred so pullet

thank you guys! i was unsure because on other threads ive heard that other's have also had difficultly with sexing this breed
