am so excited! She ate normal and pooped and I just CAN NOT believe this old lady made it.. I thought she was going to die yesterday, so did my vet! HE called this am and said did she pass on her own? He didn't believe me when I said she was fine

Awe, so glad to hear your good news! It's so difficult watching them grow old. She obviously wasn't ready to cross the rainbow bridge just get! Enjoy her while she's here, for sure!

Thats great that she came out of her colic.

I had a young horse that was alergic to corn, she got colic 3 times before we figgured out what was going on. After the 1st time we figgured out the best way to cure colic is to get the horse moving & keep them walking until they poop. With our Arabian that was 6 hours of steady walking (I was exhausted LONG before she felt better)
