I agree with RedHen, double bubble and bazooka gum I would consider candy....but orbit and say spearmint gum or icebreakers gum.. I wouldn't consider candy, they're closer to the Listerine category. I'd say they're breath fresheners, I guess at least technically

Ok folks, a cookie is a cookie, and a cake is a cake and a piece of pie is a piece of pie and they are all loaded with sugar. They are NOT candy. Just because gum is sweet doesn't make it candy. Heck guava blossoms are sweeter than hard candy and that is hardly considered candy.

Is iced tea candy because you put sugar in it??

My X and I once had a huge knock down drag out over a ceiling fan---- is it moving counter clockwise or clockwise? Good Grief.... life is too short.
