Saw this on craigslist - in case anyone's interested:
Mobile Chicken Coup and Chickens - $1450 (Chestertown MD )
Chicken coup on an older hay wagon. Wagon in good shape with newer/used tires. Decking is 2" x whatever i could find. Sides are new plywood and 2x4's. Roof is a galv steel.
Includes new galv nesting boxes. A couple hanging waterers, 2 hanging feeders, 196 feet of 5' portable electric fence with 2 grounding rods but no power source.
53 chickens currently, 6-8 roosters. mix of <1.5 year old buff orpington, RI reds, barred rocks white rocks, and black sex linked. couple mixes also.
Currently collecting about 2 dozen eggs per day.
I have 2100 ish in the coup without feeding the chickens or buying them or paying for labor to build. I don't have the time for them anymore. I am looking for a good home for them.
