According to Greenfire farms (original importer of the breed into the USA) the egg color is supposed to be green.

Does anyone know when the males's combs start reddening up? I have two babies who are 4.5 weeks old and look like pullets so far with yellow and practically nonexistent combs. I was just wondering at what age I can start to feel safe that they're indeed pullets
