I did make an oatmeal consistency from her food and water and she hit it like crazy and seemed to be able to eat that and used a dropper and bought chicken electrolytes and gave her some of that. I trimmed a tiny bit off of her top beak but not sure how much that will help

Oh wow, that almost looks like it was broken and healed that way rather than scissor beak. Poor girl, glad you're looking out for her.
