Have you flushed her eye well with saline? If not, do that right away. Then she needs an antibiotic eye ointment. You can use a triple antibiotic wound ointment with neomycin in it if you have no ophthalmic ointment.
If you can run to the feed store, you can get terramycin ophthalmic ointment which is the the best. I also recommend Vetericyn ophthalmic eye gel which is much cheaper.
You need to monitor the eye for developing infection. I think I see a tinge of redness which is the first sign of infection. It can cause blindness if not treated. You'll see the eye get a white film on it, and if it goes opaque, the eyesight is lost.
You can feed her softboiled egg or make a warm mush out of her feed. If she refuses to drink, give her grated raw carrot or squash which has high water content.
If her right eye is okay, she can see things close up just fine. The left eye is used mainly for distance. If she continues to refuse to eat and she becomes lethargic, she may be suffering from a respiratory infection and may need an oral antibiotic.
