Screaming chickens

Ok yea I’ll probably buy and sell until I find my perfect flock. Now the hard part is to find which ones are screaming
You still have not explained what you mean by "screaming". The "Egg Song", nor routine clucking comes anywhere close to a "scream". What noise do you mean. Do all chickens sounds seem like screams to you? No judgement, I'm trying to understand. I suppose you can buy and sell until you arrive at a "quiet flock", but that may take years! I wish much good luck to you!! :hugs

Oh I mean the egg laying songs ( bak bak bak BBBBBAAAKKKKK). It sounds like that. I don’t know it’s hard to explain. I’ve heard people call it the egg laying song
:D Actually, you explained it perfectly! That is just what it sounds like. Like this:
Most chicken lovers do not mind this at all. I do wish you the best at finding your perfect flock, I'm sure you can do it! :hugs

There is no "quiet" chicken breed, it's more of a personality thing. I would have to say, however, that my quietest girls are the Orpingtons, Speckled Sussex, and Easter Eggers. The Wyandottes, Barred Rocks, and Delawares are the most talkative and loud!
I agree. I had to rehome my two Wyandottes and one Dominique because they were just SO loud, one neighbor was pretty cranky about it. One of the Wyandottes especially would do this prolonged scream that was ear splitting!!! My buff Orpington is pretty quiet as well as the Barnevelder and Silkie. The little Polish is talkative but at low volume.

So I have about 15 chickens and a rooster .every morning After around 7am they decide to do some “egg Laying song” one time I found the one doing it so I sold her and now there are 2 more that are doing it. What am I doing wrong, should I keep selling and buying until I find a quiet one? What studying I
You are joking, right? All mine make lots of noise. I mean look at the size of those eggs compared to the pullets! No epidurals!
Learn to love the song. Lol
