Screen width incorrect on mobile

This is how the site has looked on my phone for the past couple of days. I have to scroll over to see the search button as you can tell from the image. I've been avoiding asking because I figured it was being worked on since the update. I'm using a LG Stylo 3 if that helps. Thanks.

I realise there are a lot of bugs that need attention since the update but I'm still having this issue on mobile. I appreciate all you do to make this site great!

It's not a good idea... To not update.
Updates come out for a reason... Most of them are security-related and improvements to how things work such as websites like this one.
