So what happens when you send her the pictures? Is she going to send out a replacement batch of eggs, none of which will probably hatch but that is not her problem? One with feathered legs may be a fluke, but only 2 hatching and they both just happened to have feathered legs is a load of chickenpoop.

If you calculate the sales from hatching eggs or day old chicks, you will find that it is a unique opportunity for some extra income.
240 eggs x $40 each = $9,600 per year
190 chicks x $100 each = $19,000 per year
That's a load of chickenpoop if I ever saw it. I guess if she is easily making $9,600-$19,000 per year PER HEN on these, refunding your entire order cost (both batches) shouldn't even make a dent in her income, right?
