So what happens when you send her the pictures? Is she going to send out a replacement batch of eggs, none of which will probably hatch but that is not her problem? One with feathered legs may be a fluke, but only 2 hatching and they both just happened to have feathered legs is a load of chickenpoop.

A person owning a hen of this breed should expect approximately 240 to 260 eggs a year.
If you calculate the sales from hatching eggs or day old chicks, you will find that it is a unique opportunity for some extra income.
240 eggs x $40 each = $9,600 per year
190 chicks x $100 each = $19,000 per year

That's a load of chickenpoop if I ever saw it. I guess if she is easily making $9,600-$19,000 per year PER HEN on these, refunding your entire order cost (both batches) shouldn't even make a dent in her income, right?

Sending pics I can understand...I mean there are tons of people out there with little experience and they can make mistakes. The breeder has the right to request pics just as I requested of someone to post a pic of their 11 or 13 pointed comb delaware babies. ahem yeah show me! So send her the pics Kathy and try to get a pic of them with something in the picture that is unique to you... like an envelope you received in the mail that shows your name and address on it. That way there is no doubt the chicks are with you and the ones you hatched. I mean she already has that info anyway.

I sent the pictures immediately upon receiving her email. I have not heard back.

They DO look like your pictures of the Salmon Faverolles. Her website does not list them, but I wonder if she has some. I am anxious to hear her reply to you.

Yeah, she should have no problem refunding the money if she is making that much income! I agree, it is a buch of poop!

As I stated....I will let you loose. heck, I just got scolded by my mother on facebook...after having stated my desire to kill car dealers, one in particular, she told me "Calm down...that is life" Me not calm? What kind of slander is that? I ask you if that seems fair to little tiny ole me?

ahem yes Kathy send us all eggs. I did not email her I had to take Cheyenne to the HS, they are playing with the HS marching band during half-time.

Oh and by the way...I made Cynthia suffer through listening to the combined bands playing "Over the rainbow" which was distored over the cell phone...when she had taken all she could, I called you Ms Serrin and you did not answer your phone woman. So, I shall torture you another time.
