ALL of mine started out the same color as yours! They now all look different, and I LOVE the silvery one!

DANG IT, now I have to keep them all to see what they look like. Darn you! LOL

I have been wanting a silvery or whitish looking one, and I really did not expect it, as these were all dark. I am so happy to have a couple of them!

I suppose selling easter egger pullets/layers shouldn't be hard for the next few months, so i will just keep them then

Between the 6 POL cochin mix girls, jersey giant/cochin pair, weird colored rooster and 3 speckled sussex boys.....that will be a full load anyways.

But, I know I don't really have room for them.

Those two on the bottom are just beautiful!
Thanks Nella, that's because they come from Kathy! Good luck at the show!

hey, you should get some EE eggs from halo. She has her BW Ameraucana in with her Ameraucanas and EEs and they are really gorgeous unusual colors, lots with blue undertones. I think they'll be very unusual and beautiful. The egg colors were also very good for EE eggs. I got one pure Ameraucana from the batch, a wheaten male, because her EEs are better layers than her Ameraucanas, which is why she keeps them. My own BBS Ameraucanas were always great layers, but so are my EE girls June, Panda and Riley.

Oh, I'm losing my last RIR, Reba. She is 5 1/2 now and stopped laying about a month ago. Today, she is squat walking and has some fluid in her abdomen--not much, really, but enough to probably press on nerves so her legs aren't working well. She doesn't seem to be in any pain and is hefty and gorgeous with great color and bright eyes. No palpable egg in there, either, just minor abdominal bloating. Dang reproductive crap is just awful, but at least she made it to an age most consider elderly. We put her in the hospital cage above Zane.

here are the EEs from halo at 4 weeks old-the last one is an Olive Egger with feathered legs:
