Here are a few pics of LH and her OE babies! We're having a good time. Rufus, my alpha D'Anver rooster, is completely smitten with LH, crazy rooster. He went to sleep in her arms more than once.

Now, I'll have more than that silly little Penny to deal with every morning at chore time, I'm sure, LOL.

BRANDON!!! FRONT AND CENTER MY FRIEND!!! OK, ladies and gentlemen of the SDWD, I'd like your attention for a moment if I could. please? I want y'all to know what this kind and wonderful friend of ours did this past week! Brandon, sweetheart that he is, sent to me, the most adorable Sunflower Book Marker for my library and reading pleasure. As well as a card that still has me cracking up!

OK my SDWD friends, I now return you to your regularly scheduled cavorting. We're back in hunting mode this weekend and I gotta run. Or rather stagger? back out to the public lands and chase those silly Mule Deer around some more. Saw a HUGE herd this morning. Unfortunately, they were the better part of two miles distant and on private land. It just figures, don't it?!?

So, back out we go. Wish us luck, please!?
