Happy November First, by the way! Today, Denny and I celebrate 28 years of wedded bliss [oh, Ha! Ha! Ha!!]

Actually, it's more like 18 years of marriage, preceded by 10 years of just living together. Hey! I had to be sure it was really gonna work before I committed fully to the notion, ya know!!

Beth, yes, I love it when they first learn to crow. But with SIX boys practicing all day every day????.......

..... Let's just say a day of silence would maybe be nice every now and then!

And speaking of the hooligans.....The announcer guy on my local NPR station informs me that we've finally come up to the freezing mark [32F in other words] this morning. I think we can safely let everyone out now, without fear of frost bit combs!

CONGRATS AMY!!!! Woot!

Felling bad for my buddy that i went to crossroads with. His sister watched his place and all his critters. He has 3 dogs - one - his favorite acutally is older and is basically blind. Well his sister neglected to stay out and watch them as he told her too--- and now he is missing. We think he must have wondered off - he has taken the past two days off of work just driving around and so forth looking for him. Such a great dog and it is breaking my heart to think he is out there i nthe country scared and not finding his way home and God forbid getting hit cause he cant see well. He put in a missing dog report and the shelter isnt too far from his place for that county. I know it is non chicken related but can you all pray for his safe return? His name is Tristan and he is the sweetest black and white cocker you have ever met. Beth and Kathy you guys met Todd on saturday. I dont know what to say to him or how to help him? I dont think there is much i can do? Sorry needed to vent....breaks my heart

Amy, I wish I ONLY HAD 6. Let's see- I have 26. And they aren't practicing anymore, they are in full swing. hehehe. Well, DH is processing again this weekend or next and then I will only have - uh -15? And HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

28 years with the same person is darn good!

I like this old folks home idea. Add a masseuse, please, and someone to paint my toes!!! Along with the Diva's - both like the same shade of pink! And a top chef and a huge library full of wonderful books. Heaven!!!!

I'm here...sort of. Went well. Clean bill of health from the test, but darn it, the prep almost killed me-had a bad reaction to it. It was like deja vu from my migraine this past week. Ick. I feel like a semi ran over me!
