I guess she figured from my saying that her joint was hot and swollen that it was a joint problem or infection. She was just guessing with the info I gave her. It didn't turn out to be it all.
I took her to the vet and she couldn't find anything but very minimal if any swelling on the right leg. She felt her abdomen, hips, knees, feet etc. and couldn't find anything obviously wrong. No joints that were not moving right, not fractures that she could feel, and no consistant reaction from the goose in one area. She just thinks she sprained something and then it has gotten worse with trying to keep up with the flock. So she is on pain/anti inflamatory meds and in a kennel. We will try this for a week. The only other thing she could think of was a disease like Marek's. Does anyone know of that disease that is like Mareks that waterfowl can get? I don't know the name of it to look it up.
