I've got one of these around somewhere - must dig it out, now! Used it when my husband moved to another state ahead of me and I was living alone for awhile. It has a remote control and whenever I heard a bump in the night I would hit the remote and the dog would bark. Now I have a real watch dog (although she's snoozing right now...)
