I would leave the egg under as long as possible and once if pips move it to a box with the heating pad.
I personally wouldn't worry too much about having the exact temps while it was hatching, I would just try to keep it close to 95-100 degrees.

With this out of the way, I may end up letting her hatch. We'll see.
