I'm about to go get some sleep now. I just wanted to pop in here to let you know that I had a chick hatch tonight, and it's sleeping and drying off now. It's another white nn.

Two chicks out this morning! Silverrud's Blues. I hope to see my two AC eggs have turned into chicks in the incubator when I get home.

View attachment 1548817 WHEW! That was stressful but it’s OUT! A little blood at the navel but it stopped shortly after. It has 5 toes! And some bits of black on the legs. A little weak but hopefully it will make it!

The shell was really quite thick and I don’t think it could get through.

I don’t know why I keep hatching my own chickens. Makes me a nervous wreck! Lol

Yay!! I had to help one of my quail out or it wouldn't have made. Glad your little is doing ok!

My September batch is growing well, it looks like the Delaware mix has good depth so far.

The eggs under the broody started hatching today finally, don't have pics of the 14 that hatched in incubator as someone came and picked them all up as soon as they peek out from under the broody I will post pictures
