So no to peppermint ice cream but full steam ahead on peanut butter chocolate. Awww, turkey's first ice cream headache. Good news, she atte 5 crumbles before rejecting the feed. I had to make lunch to feed my turkey? Hmmmm.... I going to have to plan my meals around what's healthiest for my turkey.

she has to have high protein...how about game starter mixed in something she likes like pizza sauce? have you tried oatmeal? cooked oatmeal with some egg, sugar...since she has a sweet tooth...and cayenne pepper...have you read how healthy that is for turkey's? it's good for all of us but especially turkey's and I swear it helped my babies that had bronchitis last week....they were so congested but I added that and garlic to their crumbles and coated their beaks and feet with vet RX several times a day, it's been 3 days since anyone sneezed. I make up the oatmeal mixture and all leftovers in the fridge, that no one wants, to give to my grown chickles and they wolf it down!!
I'm so happy for you that you have Max...I was so looking forward to my turkey!

Still nothing. I'm actually getting a little frustrated. I've put so much time and money into this and actually have had to do SOOOO many chores and work to be able to hatch these eggs (my parents only allowed me if I did chores and junk) and now they're not hatching

okay!! have you candled them with a very strong light? I have a few questions...
what day are you on?
are these eggs shipped?
what temp have you been incubating at?
how many thermometers are you using?

I have two PIPS!!!!!!!! Yeah day 19 so excited to come home and find two pips now hopefully they hatch out alright!!!! Happy chicken dance!!!!

Have just come back from work and I'm up to 6 chicks at the end of day 21. Wow!!! Six eggs still to go.

finally got a pip!! on day 20. hope some of these 7 hatch as i lost one of the hens who layed some of these. (she was the hen who had went broody on these then left them after 3 days)
