Congratulations!Please post photos!
Adult color is not so easy to predict with Seramas, unless they’re all white or all black. Even then, that can change. They do not breed true, but I’ve had a few hens hatch chicks that have grown to look nearly identical to them. Is the 1 beneath her all white? If it is, you’ll likely have 1 white (or primarily white). The black/white COULD be exchequer, or black and white mottling. It’s just difficult to determine. Is that 1 in the back silver? I had a chick that my girl Seasons hatched, who was white with 1 black dot on her head. She grew out to be pure white.View attachment 4028641
Here’s Lucy with four of the chicks! She’s doing a splendid job of covering them, so it’s not easy to get decent photos.
Out of curiosity, what colors do you think the chicks will feather out to be?![]()
This helps a lot! You take such beautiful photosAdult color is not so easy to predict with Seramas, unless they’re all white or all black. Even then, that can change. Bia is on the right in the top photo. She was the darkest. Bramble is in the back, and he’s remaining the silvery shades.
Barley does have the same coloring as daddy, Curly (the same young roo in that gorgeous artwork you produced).
This is their 4th chick, 11 days younger. Beatrix, with Barley.

This little one surprised me. Look at the legs! It comes from somewhere back in the daddy’s lines, I’m thinking.
Seasons, their mama.

I know this doesn’t help you much. Seramas really are tough to determine adult plumage colors. Continue posting photos of all those totally adorable chicks!![]()
You are welcome and thank you so much! I had a blast trying to make his frizzled feather texture come through in my artThank you sooo much for the beautiful Curly artwork! I absolutely love it!You have tons of talent! Do you mind if I use it for my profile photo?
