Well I set 2 each of Othello, Napoleon, and Gino as well as 1 Louis this morning. Can't wait! Good luck to everyone else setting eggs this week (if you're here!).

Well...I'm almost at the end of day 12, just over 5 days till lockdown!! I candled everyone tonight, as I had a couple I questioned at day 7. Right now I have 10 out of 15 CDS eggs still going!!! I had 2 quitters I pulled tonight.
I also set 6 of my own silkie eggs at the same time, and we have 5 still going strong!!
This is my first ever hatch, and I am soooo excited!!!

And Laura, one of the little ones still in the bator is a the lone Gino egg!! I even saw wiggling in there! So right now, I have 4 Amadeus, 4 Romeo, 1 Zephyr, and 1 Gino. Yea!!

Crossed fingers that they make it to lockdown, and have an easy hatch.

How exciting! I remember you on another thread asking about incubators, which one did you end up purchasing? I am getting CDS eggs in May and still bator shopping.

The genesis 1588 has been very good to me through this hatch. Temp. has held steady, and except for adding water, fuss free. (I am using an auto turner). Can't wait!!!

That is awesome news!!!! 10 out of 15 is an awesome percentage! If the Gino one hatches, you will have the first ever Gino and Giovanna baby, making Napoleon and Fawn grandparents

I candled my eggs from Deb - 4 days in - and not looking too good, unfortunately

The post office really did a number on them so I wasn't expecting anything really, but you always hold out hope. We have kind of traced it to the Philadelphia post office. My eggs get to her ok, hers do not get out of PA ok at all. Sigh....

I'm getting super nervous! There were a few in my batch that I didn't see wiggling, but they looked as developed as the others, and a few of you have said they do sleep? They are just getting to the point where it's getting harder to candle because they are filling the egg more.
