Today is day 19 for my special silkied Serama eggs, of which I have two left! I thought I would candle them quickly and I swear I heard a peep. It appeared to be internally pipped but it didn't look like a normal internal pip so I did open the air cell. It is malpositioned and couldn't pip externally. I didn't see any veins at all so I am glad I helped. Hopefully it will make it, it looks good. I hope it is a girl too.
The other one is seriously malpositioned with its head and yolk right at the air cell. The chick is less than half the size of the other chick! Not as hopeful, but we'll see.
