If it's been over 24 hours since he has internally pipped, I'd be making a safety hole. Even if he hasn't internally pipped, I'd *think* about opening a safety hole

See if Pride is moving inside that air cell at all. Also, make sure that she’s not tried to pip the small end. They can get wedged in there and unable to move. Evvie did that, barely pipped, and exhausted herself. I helped her. ❤

I agree with Fluffy, Elfen. Continue to monitor for any movement. All you can do is wait. The hole has been made. Let’s HOPE to see movement ASAP.
