Serama male has developed an abscess

Hi all my Serama male seems to have developed a lump on the side of his face, has anyone any ideas what this is please

This is most likely caused from a mild respiratory infection such as Infectious Coryza or Mycoplasma Gallisepticum (MG). Most birds don’t show all the symptoms with disease.
