Oh my gosh! She is a beautiful kitten. She's gonna be stunning when she is all better. I assume they gave her a dewormer while at the vet? That could be why she is so weak since the vet visit. It'll probably take her a few days (after the dewormer) to start feeling better. About that time she should be doing better with the URI. If she is doing better since you got her (and feeding well now) AND she is now being treatment for all the crummy stuff in her system, then she should be able to walk away 100% healthy. Is her eye gunk related to the URI?

She is so weak since her tript o the vet. She isn't as interested in eating now either. I hope it's just from all the handling and stuff they did at the vet.

Just seeing this thread and so sorry she is weaker since the vet visit, poor sweet baby. Life shouldn't be this hard for innocent babes. I hope so very much that she will be stronger by morning. Your TLC will help give her a reason to fight.

goats milk or kitten milk replacer (you can get at walmart). make sure to gently but vigorously rub bottom or it wont be able to poo/pee. if you have injectable amox or pill form from dogs it is 50mg per 50lbs if i remember correctly. amox is pretty safe i was told by a vet. i would try about 1-3 mg. pill or 1/8cc injectable sub Q. IM would probably be too hard if it is so emaciated. be careful when giving it milk with a syringe, you can aspirate it if it takes a breath while syringing it. i would drop small dribbles onto the toungue. good luck
