I am just now finding this thread, I sure hope that the kitten is feeling better, the stress of the trip, antibiotics, and wormer can make her "off" for a while, just keep at it! I also agree that you should offer gerber meat baby food to her, its a wonder worker with sick/tiny kittens!

I guess the trip to the vet was more than her frail little body could take. She died sometime during the night, but at least she was warm, had a full stomach, and a home. It's really sad that such a sweet soul had to suffer her whole little short life. Thanks for all the well wishes and advice along the way.

I am soooo sorry to hear that she passed away.
My guess would be that lack of nutrition, body weight and stress were all against her and the meds could have been what did her in. Her system may not have been strong enough for all of them at once. It did sound like she has an URI which also causes gunk in the eyes. Believe it or not they treat those with an antibiotic ointment (from the vet) and somehow it fixes it.
You did such a wonderful thing for her....My heart is broken for you guys....that is just so sad....she is an angel in peace now.
