O my goodness, I got one similar to that. Baby was in momma's neck feathers, but I had to take it with my cell, so it wasn't a great pic. I'll see if I can get it lightened to post it here!!!

Over easy adna: thats so lovely!!!

Juniper: no, don't give up on them yet!

Loving all the pics.

A few more of mine (sorry got a bit carried away):

Luckie the Duckie...otherwise number as number 10, the last duck who got stuck. Not out of the woods yet, he feels very light and is still wobbly even now and I think he may have spraddle leg, but here he is:

Hey, I'm hatching with you all too! I've got 3 porcelain d'uccles out, and 4 more pipped out of 10 that made it to lockdown. One of my d'uccle/spitzhauben mix is pipped too. I'll get pics tomorrow to show off my progress! And if not tomorrow, I've got friday off

Kellie: what are the gray stripey ones? silver laced wyandottes? And whats the gray one?

I've just sold 4 of the pekin ducklings, the woman is going to pick them up tomorrow. Bit sad but 10 ducks would be too many with the two I already have. The pekins eat like mad until they are fully grown, then they calm down but seriously they are eating machines in the early months. Last year DH kept threatening to eat them because of the feed bill.

Chickens seem to eat about half as much.
