YAY! I've got 3 SSH x BR babies that look like they will all be barred! My two small tan eggs produced two completely yellow chicks though? I this their momma is a Buff Black tailed Japanese Bantam that is out in the pen. She was my only survivor from the dog attack.

Doing good! Two cute little peachicks out of two eggs I'm thinking they're IB split to opal since they don't look right for opal or dark enough to be just IB. Here's one the day after it hatched:

Yes, they do hatch with wing feathers! They're good little flyers. One of them can already fly out of the brooder when it's motivated. I'm debating getting them DNA feather sexed to see what genders I have but I don't know if I want to spend the $50.
