Setting duck eggs on Saturday, 8/18 - Anyone wanna join? (Set by next Saturday for chicken eggs)

Congrats everybody! I can't wait till I go into lockdown. My silkie hen kicked an egg from the nest so I'm assuming she knew it was bad. Down to nine now, but I'm only planning on keeping two or three anyway, so all is well. They sure are starting to fill up that egg!

Just had 2 more hatch 1 each. but the RIR looks deformed

. She has a bb size bump above her eye and her feet dont look right...... of the last 2 eggs one has piped and the other is just sitting there.

Post a pic of her? The feet are really easy to fix if you do it early, but I'd have to see the bump to know what's up with that.

Freakin' Bator!!!! Cooked my eggs!!!!! Ive had it with that thing!! Getting a digital rheostat for it!! Stupid wafer wont work. It screws up the end of the second week every time.

Well, I am up to four pips.

Two were at the wrong end, but they pipped all the way through, so the won't suffocate. I wonder how many more upside down chicks I have since things haven't been looking right? ? I will be glad when this hatch is over, I am stressing over it way to much.
