Setting eggs on 3/7. Anyone else?

Did y
did you candle to check for movement?

Is there still an air sack? MEMama3 that is so sad. I hope they are still ok.
Actually, great news. I got the eggs dried off and the bator cleaned up. The eggs were so cool to the touch. I figured all hope was gone. I tried handling, but they are so big you can't really see anything beyond shadow. I popped them back in and walked away. An hour later and I peeked to see where the temps and humidity were at and lo and behold, there was wiggling. I've seen movement in five, so we may have dodged a bullet. I was sure they were goners between the water AND the temps. Miracle eggs :)

I've got no pipping yet, still just wiggly eggs. These last days will be longer than the first 18!!! Sheesh. Tomorrow we are in court all day so I hope things go smoothly! Watch they'll all hatch while we are gone and I'll miss it all.

Did you put these in the incubator on the 9th? I placed mine in, and it's my first time hatching! I have a couple questions...
On day 18 you are supposed to put them on lockdown... Today is 18 and I'm doing this tonight. People talk about how they can tell there is an internal pip on hatching day, but I'm wondering how you tell because aren't you not supposed to open the incubator?
Also, is it alright to feed your chicks unmediated chick feed and when do I feed it to them?

Thanks!
