Setting eggs on Thurs. Nov. 10th - Any buddies? Hatch due Dec. 1st

It's day 20 for me and nothing yet, but I am (im)patiently waiting.

The third EE tried to hatch but could never get completely out of the shell. It died after a couple hours of trying.

So I have four chicks - two choc orp projects and two EEs. The four of them are in the brooder all cozy and happy. Tomorrow will be day 21 - hopefully I'll have more hatch.

I LOVE THE IDEA OF THE AQUARIUM BROODER! I have a 75 gallon tank setting out on the deck outside....hmmmm?????? Maybe I'll set it up for my next hatch! Thanks for the idea!

Well back to work today

yesterday was SOOOOOO nice.

anyway I ended up with 10 fluffy butts out of 15 in lockdown...checked the others this morning and they did not pip and were shrink wrapped..the humidity went down to about 50% as I left the plug out for airflow...but I am happy with my 10 chicks.

I moved them into the brooder this morning before work. Pictures when i get home and i'll post them. Waiting to see everyone's babies...my ones that didnt make it were the black and white silkies and one paint...

I have 9 in the brooder, 2 resting in the bator and 1 trying to get out. I did a check on all the other catdances, they didn't make it

they weren't shrink wrapped, they just never pipped.

. The 1 showgirl trying to get out, might not make it, she seems to be struggling a lot. I will have to see how she's doing when I get home

oh cool..just sent you a PM...sounds like a good hatch though...how many went into lockdown? you had 3 different breeders in there?
