7 eggs in lockdown! My first hatch!! I think I have 4 quitters and 3 that may hatch......I really can't tell. Wish me luck!

I boosted my humidity this weekend as I believe my Genesis is running a little hot as I had a very early hatch last time. I plan on going into official 'lockdown' tonight - one day early, in case I have any early birds again.

Spent most of this morning working on a brooder for the new chicks, and nursing a sick 4 week old BCM..

I don't think I'll lock down til Friday sometime.

My count is 5- one never developed, and one died on day 7.

I think I will lockdown tomorrow, on day 18. This is my first hatch this year with a new to me breed and I don't know what to expect. Still have 12 out of 13 Aussies!! ....stan
