If they're moving around I wouldn't worry. I haven't heard anything about veins near the air cell. Maybe you can make sure and watch those just in case they aren't positioned correctly and you have to help. There's a very good thread about assisted hatching, the most important point being not to help in almost all circumstances.I just did a quick candle and in a few if them I still see veins by the air cell...is this bad? Does this mean they aren't ready for lockdown yet? They are kicking around like crazy though...
and also: There's a pip! A PIP! I'm so excited I can't even... it's my sweetheart's birthday and I need to make him a cake and set up a brooder and clean up the house and all I want to do is stare at the sweet baby pip!!
