No, sorry....I meant the little smiley face with a coffee cup. Is she watching an incubator or a computer?? Liked all pictures. They are very helpful to a newbie like me. Thanks and happy hatch

If you are certain it is not developing it is safer to remove it. The lonely egg will be fine by itself. When the chick hatches it might need a friend...or it might just become the friendliest chicken you have ever had...
I started out with 3 eggs but I believe the other two to be dead but I'm not sure because they have a thicker shell should I leave them in or is that dangerous to the remaining egg also, if they don't hatch will my living one be lonely?
Both of you with a single viable egg, I would recommend getting a friend for your chick when it hatches. I tried raising a single chick and I ended up WEARING her in a pouch around my neck just so I could get something done. She didn't develop very well and was very stunted because she spent all of her time screaming for someone to hold her and not eating. I finally just bought her a little friend. It was a banty chick who was younger than her but still bigger. I hadn't realized until then how much trouble she was in.
